RRB NTPC Eligibility Criteria 2025: Age Limit, Qualification & Nationality

• Candidates must be Indian citizens aged 18–30 years (for Undergraduate posts) or 18–33 years (for Graduate posts) as of 1st July 2025.

RRB NTPC Eligibility Criteria 2025

RRB conducts the RRB NTPC exam to recruit candidates for various graduate and undergraduate posts. Those who are interested in appearing for this recruitment must check their eligibility criteria. The minimum age limit is 18 years for all categories. The maximum age limit is 30 years for Undergraduate posts and 33 years for Graduate posts, calculated as on 1st July 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories. Additionally, candidates must satisfy the specific medical standards (A2, A3, B2, C2) prescribed for the post they are applying for. RRB NTPC Nationality

A candidate must belong to one of the following categories to be eligible:

• A citizen of India.
• A subject of Nepal or Bhutan.
• A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Unlike banking exams, the RRB NTPC recruitment does not have a minimum percentage requirement (like 60% or 55%). You simply need to have passed your 12th Standard or Graduation.
