Q. What is PracticeMock Premium?
Ans. PracticeMock Premium is an annual subscription plan that provides the user access to all the major Banking, Insurance, SSC & Government exams available on the PracticeMock Platform. Please note that regulatory bodies exams are not available on PM Premium.
Q. What is the difference between PM Premium, PM Banking Pro & PM SSC Pro?
Ans. PM Banking Pro includes the mock tests of all the major Banking & Insurance exams. Similarly, PM SSC Pro includes the mock tests of all the major SSC exams. PM Premium includes all the exams of PM Banking Pro, PM SSC Pro & other major Government exams such as ICAR, IB etc.
Q. What is the expiry date of PM Premium, PM Banking Pro & PM SSC Pro?
Ans. All these plans are valid till one year (365 days) from the date of purchase if you buy a 12 months plan and 182 days if you buy a 6 month plan.
Q. I've bought a PM package again. Can I request for refund or transfer of subscription to another account?
Ans. No, refund requests or transfer of subscription to another account would not be entertained from the users buying the subscription again.
Q. I've bought PM subscription (PM Premium/ PM Banking Pro/ PM SSC Pro). But the Mock Tests of certain major exams are not showing. Please help.
Ans. Please note that the mock tests of major exams will be added once the respective notification is released.
Q. Will I be able to access my attempted and unattempted Tests after the expiration date of my subscription of PM Premium/ PM Banking Pro/ PM SSC Pro?
Ans. No! You would not be able to access the unattempted tests or the solutions/analytics of attempted tests after the expiration of your plan.
Q. Can I renew my PM Premium/ PM Banking Pro/ PM SSC Pro subscription before the expiration of my previous subscription?
Ans. Yes, you can. If you renew the subscription before the expiry date, the duration of the subscription simply gets added to the remaining days in your currently active subscription. For example, if you renew your subscription 50 days before the expiry date, your renewed subscription will now be valid for a total of 415 days. Please note that only those subscriptions will be extended which are same. The validity of different subscriptions will not be merged/ extended.
Q. Will all of my attempted or unattempted tests be available during the Subscription validity period?
Ans. Yes, till your subscription is valid you can attempt the tests or review attempted tests provided that particular Test hasn't expired. Test expiry date is independent of the subscription expiry date. For example, you have purchased the subscription plan on 1st June, 2021 which would expire on 31st May, 2022. As part of the plan, you have received SBI PO 2021 mock tests which have validity till February 28, 2022. Though, your subscription would continue but you would be able to access SBI PO mock tests till February 28, 2022.
Q. I have completed a mock test. When will I get my score?
Ans. On submission of your mock test, your score and All-India rank & percentile would be immediately generated. The All India rank & percentile is dynamic in nature and it would change as more users attempt that mock test.
Q. Can I attempt a test more than once?
A test can be attempted only once. However, you can review the solutions and analysis of the attempted tests as many times as you want.
Q. What happens if I get disconnected during a test?
Ans. If you get disconnected while attempting a test, all your data till the disconnection will get saved and you will be able to resume from the same state later. You are advised to close the test window in this case and resume when you have connectivity again.
Q. What is PracticeMock money back guarantee scheme?
Ans. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our mock tests, you may claim a refund within 6 days of purchase provided you have not attempted more than 2 tests as part of the purchased subscription plan. This is subject to 2 conditions: Firstly, the refund policy is not applicable to Downloadable PDF Courses. Secondly, For Notes which are there on our platform, you can ask for a refund only within 24 hours. Your money will be fully refunded without any questions asked. To file a claim for a refund, mail us at [email protected] with the subject line Refund along with your transaction details (payment screenshot). It takes around 12 bank working days to process the refund. Please note: Refund requests would not be entertained from users who have bought the PM Premium/ PM Banking Pro/ PM SSC Pro (any duration) subscription more than once.
Q. If I buy the PM Premium/ PM Banking Pro/ PM SSC Pro (any duration) subscription again before or after the expiry of my earlier subscription, can I get to reattempt the tests that I have already attempted?
Ans. No, attempted tests cannot be re-attempted. Although, you can reattempt (without timer) all incorrect and skipped questions using the reattempt feature available in the solutions panel. No refund requests or transfer of subscription to another account would be entertained from the users buying the subscription again.
Q. Can I reattempt a question in a mock test which I have already submitted?
Ans In Reattempt mode, you can only attempt unattempted questions.
Q. Can I get a refund for Video Courses?
A. Yes, but you have to claim it within 24 hours.
Q. Can I get a refund on the Complete Banking PDF Course or any Combo containing PDF Course?
A. No, there is no refund policy on the PDF course or any Combo containing PDF Course since all the files are downloadable.
